3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person per account - no shared accounts
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share other users' information without consent
• Use the service for commercial solicitation
• Create fake profiles or use bots
• Attempt to access other users' accounts

5. Content Guidelines

• You own the content you post
• You grant us a license to use your content for app operations
• No nudity or sexually explicit content
• No violent or graphic content
• No hate speech or discrimination

6. Premium Features and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through RevenueCat and app stores
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

7. Safety

While we strive to create a safe environment:

• We do not conduct background checks on users
• You are responsible for your interactions
• Never share financial information with other users
• Meet in public places for in-person meetings
• Report suspicious behavior immediately

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee you will find matches or that the service will be uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
