Delete Your Data
We respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Night Shift Dating app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
This will immediately delete your account and begin the data deletion process.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your account credentials and authentication data
- Profile information (name, bio, age, preferences)
- All uploaded photos and videos
- Match history and likes
- Messages and chat history
- Payment and subscription information
- App usage data and analytics
- Any other personal information associated with your account
⚠️ Important Notice
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You will lose:
- All matches and connections
- Message history
- Any remaining subscription benefits
- Profile and photos
Deletion Timeline
Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and hidden from other users
Within 24 hours: Your profile and content will be removed from the app
Within 30 days: Complete deletion of all personal data from our servers
Up to 90 days: Removal from backup systems (for legal compliance)
Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain information for legal compliance:
- Transaction records (as required by law)
- Records related to violations of our Terms of Service
- Data necessary for legal proceedings or investigations
